Shipping policy

At AZADA we do our best to deliver your orders quickly and sustainably. We work with Packlink, which lets us choose between several carriers (Correos, Correos Express, SEUR and UPS) depending on the destination.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout according to the destination country and the weight of the order, and you will always see them before you pay.

Free shipping
- Spain: orders of 45 € or more.
- Rest of the European Union, Switzerland and Norway: orders of 60 € or more.
- United Kingdom: orders of 150 € or more.
Bulk or wholesale products do not qualify for free shipping; their shipping costs are calculated by weight.

Estimated delivery times
- Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: 2-4 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7-10 working days.
- Portugal, France, Germany and Italy: 2-7 working days.
- Rest of Europe: 4-10 working days.
- Bulk or wholesale products: 5-10 working days.
Delivery times count from the dispatch of the order and may vary depending on the carrier and the destination.

Taxes and customs
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and to countries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland) may be subject to local taxes and customs duties, which are payable by the recipient.

Order processing
- We prepare orders within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation.
- When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Sustainability
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact. All orders are shipped in plastic-neutral packaging, which offsets 400 g of plastic waste per product sold.
